I got on the scale this morning and good news: I am down 2 pounds! I was getting very discouraged late last week as I had actually gone up a pound (???!!).I am trying not to expect extraordinary progress because I haven't really made any changes to my diet, although I have been trying to stop eating before I am overfull.
I met of my goal of going to Curves 3 times, and will keep that as my goal for the week. They weigh and measure once a month at Curves (my day will be Feb 7th) so that will be the official mark of progress (or not!).
