Today was my weigh and measure day at Curves. I have officially lost, overall, 7.25 inches! Most of this has been in my waist, thighs and hips. I have only lost ½ a pound, but I am not dieting. And I have lost ½ a pound of body fat.
I started at Curves on January 7th, so these numbers are two months worth of working out 3 times a week. No more, no less. I wish I could say I have lost more weight because that is the way I am conditioned to think, but I also realize that I have to switch my way of thinking to say, "I've gained muscle."
So there you have it!
