Simple Woman's Daybook - May 4th

Outside my window... Rain, rain and more rain. It has been raining non-stop all day.

I am thinking... about my first day of volunteering for our St. Vincent de Paul food pantry tomorrow.

From the schoolroom . . . the basics: Math, English, Reading, Religion.

I am thankful for... a safe trip to Seattle over the weekend for the conference.

From the kitchen... had breakfast for dinner tonight. No big plans for the rest of the week.

I am wearing... jeans, t-shirt, fleece zip-up sweater.

I am reading... nothing right now.

I am hoping... to be motivated to get back to Curves this week . . . I haven't been since last Thursday, but it's been a busy weekend.

I am creating... Little Flowers documents for next year.

I am praying... for our new priest who will be coming July 1st.

Around the house... getting caught up on the basic chores that were left undone over the weekend.

One of my favorite things . . . a clean house.

A few plans for the rest of the week... softball game, PE Class, and softball pictures. A nice quiet week. Hopefully we will get lots of school done.
