I remember the days when I wondered when my kids would ever read for enjoyment. Although I would still not classify my kids as voracious readers, over the past several months they are reading more than just school books. (Whew!)
Although I am very eager to finish our school year, it is so hard to start school on mornings like these where the kids get up and go right to reading a book. I just hate to interrupt the reading (and I don't!).
Ah, these are the joys of homeschooling!

Angela!
You know I have to weigh in on this one! Yes! Reading! We're addicted around here.... (I actually take books away from my first 2 children as consequences, since it is the only way that this reading household can get anything done.)
But my third is not a naturally-drawn-to-books child, can you imagine? So, I do the same when I finally find a book she can't put down: it's hands-off, go-for-it time.
Wonderful pics; thanks for sharing!
