Yesterday (Monday) was our first day of school. I made the kids Schultutes for the first time this year. Ours weren't as big as some that I have seen in pictures; and I filled them with some candy, treats, and some colorful pens and mechanical pencils.
I also had a few other fun school-ish items. Each of them got a new pencil bag with matching pencils. The pencils had their names on them. I also found them some cute battery-operated pencil sharpeners. These were a big hit.

I am disappointed in the blurry pictures I got, but they'll just have to do. (I am feeling frustrated with this camera!)
