My niece called today to ask me to be her son's godmother! I am honored.
2.
Our Little Flowers group meeting was today and everything went well. One more item to check off the list. I am really looking forward to the end of this commitment (in May). I am all out of creative energy right now and I feel like it's an infringement on my time - of which I am feeling very selfish about right now.

My husband is doing great at his efforts to lose weight. He's down about 15 pounds. Me: not so much.
4.
Boyson will be getting braces on February 15th. All of a sudden I am feeling broke.
5.
The weather has been unseasonably mild here the past few weeks. I have a feeling that I might be able to get outside soon and do some pre-spring clean up and flower planting prep.
6.
Homeschooling epiphany for the week: sometimes learning is not about the content, it's about the process.
7.
I am loving the new laptop that we bought for us to use for school. It has been so handy to have a computer at the table with us for some of our lessons.
