Friday Flashback

Twenty-one years ago today, I went into Navy boot camp.
Wow - how time flies and how things change. Here are a couple of photos from my Navy gig. Sorry I can't get them to scan better . . .

This first set was taken right after boot camp. My mom made me try on all my uniforms so she could take pictures. There were plenty more uniforms, but these are the only photos I have. (I love the dead plants on the deck.)

And this photo was taken at a portrait studio some time later . . . Boy I had big hair then . . . it was the eighties though so cut me some slack.
