Did you know that on the top of a Bisquick Box it says,
"To manage freshness, refrigerate after opening."

Who knew?

I grew up with Bisquick in the cupboard, and while I have to admit that I haven't had a box here for a very long time, I was surprised to see that it's best to store it in the fridge.
