As I was looking at the Candy Cane Coffee Cake recipe, which happens to be in one of my older Pampered Chef cookbooks (out of print, as I don't see it at their website), I turned the page and there is the Cherry Eggnog Tea Bread which also sounded yummy and looks festive for
Christmas celebrations.
So I gave it a whirl.
It turned out well, and is not as "egg-noggy" as I thought it would be.
Here's the recipe. (I scanned it out of the cookbook as I am feeling too lazy to type it all out. I hope you can read it okay.)
